Due to the sound sensitivity of our amphitheatre, babies and children under 6 are not permitted to attend the Badlands Passion Play. If you are gifting tickets to someone, please make them aware of this policy along with the narrative of the play as some scenes can be disturbing to younger children.

 IMPORTANT: Photography of any kind and mobile phone use during the performance is strictly forbidden. We will be providing professional photos online. The Badlands Passion Play is an immersive and personal experience. Mobile phone use and photography is extremely distracting to the actors and the other guests around you. Please co-operate with this policy. We reserve the right to remove those who are distracting other guests from the performance audience. 

Tickets must be paid for at the time of booking. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. Seats are assigned and tickets are emailed to the purchaser when full payment is received. Prices include all applicable taxes. All sales are final—no refunds. This is an all-weather performance—check our weather policy below.

A service fee of $7.50 applies to each ticket.  Parking is $8 per vehicle in advance and $10 at the gate. (Service fees help us cover the cost of our ticketing system, secure processing, and admin costs. Our parking lots are large and have high maintenance fees).

Many groups (schools, clubs, colleges, tour companies, churches, family reunions) come to the Passion Play each year. Why not enjoy your special day with others?

10+ people: 15% off the regular ticket price
25+ people: 20% off the regular ticket price
40+ people: 25% off the regular ticket price

A performance is considered complete once Jesus has been sentenced by Pilate. In a storm, we do not use the crosses for the safety of our actors. As an outdoor production the Badlands Passion Play is performed in wet conditions, but there may be times when we need to pause the show for a short time to allow weather to pass. If it appears that unfavourable conditions (lightning, wind, etc.) will develop, we will cancel the show and advise you to move to your vehicle. For the safety of all, please exit in a controlled manner.

If the show is cancelled before Jesus is sentenced by Pilate you have the following options:

1. Request ticket coupons for another performance this season.
2. Donate the cost of your tickets to the Badlands Passion Play Society for a tax receipt. We are a nonprofit charity. 

You will be contacted by email by the Box Office and provided with an online form to fill out your preference. 

Please bring a hat, a seat cushion, a water bottle, a sweater or jacket,  and wear comfortable shoes. We are a natural amphitheatre and the ground can be uneven in spots. 

Please do not bring pets of any kind (only certified service animals allowed), umbrellas, picnic coolers, and professional photography equipment.

Photography during the performance is strictly prohibited as it is disruptive to our cast and guests. Do not bring professional photography equipment including tripods, selfie sticks, long lenses,  or drones of any kind.
